Very nice. Couple of questions:

Are the front seats powered and are they heated?
Does the rear seat spllt/fold and would they fit an Avant?

These are 2012 S4 seats... Powered and heated. Rear seat is 60/40 fold with center arm rest/cup holder pull out. Pretty sure front will fit avant, not sure about rear. I would assume rear seat is interchangeable but I have no clue if it actually is. I would suggest asking a dealer if A4 Sedan and A4 Avant rear seats are interchangeable. If they are then these S4 seats will fit
