Can you run a wheel with a center bore of 57.1 and get hub rings to make it fit a 66.56 hub size?

No - you would need to take the wheel to a machine shop to have the center bore changed. Hub rings would only work if you were going from 66 --> 57.

    ^ This.

Sorry man. Is it an Audi wheel that you're looking to run on your B8.5? If so, a lot of companies make replica Audi wheels which come with a larger center bore.

Depending on the offset of the wheels, you could run spacers that adapt from 57.1 to 66.6

The offset is ET 43. Someone wanted to put my B7 Ti rims on his B8.5. That's why I was inquiring.

Adapters aren't going to work. They'll push the wheel out way too far.

The stock B7 Ti wheels are 18x8 et43 so with a 12 or 15mm hub/wheel centric spacer it would fit fine.
