Just the one degree difference from 64 to 65 and my car blows full power heat. Also, most all the time I try and go from one bar of strength to off for fan control, it maxes out and I have to turn it all the way down. It's been like this forever and I've finally just had enough. I tried searching but couldnt find this specific problem. I'm guessing it's the CCM but I want to be sure.
