    I always thought it put the primary 02 bung in a way where the sensor would hit the manifold.

    Now that it's mentioned, I did Dremel away a bit of material for clearance for one of the o2 sensors, but definitely nothing serious.

    Manzo test pipes are garbage and don't fit. Don't waste your time, you'll regret it. The front O2 sensor rarely clears the exhaust manifold, if ever. You can even see in @king_ pic that the front bung sits right in the middle. It needs to be offset to the left, away from the engine. There is a better one sold on ebay by superspeedworldshop and superstreetparts it has the offset front O2 bung that will clear the exhaust manifold and is nearly identical to 034's test pipe. I have bought Manzo and these. This one works correctly and fits. I bought the $72.99 one from superstreetparts but the other looks to be exactly the same and cheaper. It's your choice. Oh don't worry about it saying B6 it will fit B5 1.8T.

    You can't delete the front O2 sensor, only the rear.

    Does anyone know if I will have O2 sensor reading issues if I put the primary sensor and connector into the secondary location? I have my secondary coded out.

    Your car will run like shit. It is supposed to read EGTs etc from directly after the turbo.

    Exactly, right in the middle and dangerously close to the exhaust manifold. Their QC is crap, could easily come offset towards the engine instead of away. I've had one that didn't fit before. Stick with the slightly more expensive stuff I linked. Then if you upgrade your exhaust mani for a bigger turbo you won't need a new one and you won't have to worry about fitment right now.

    I don't know why I said EGT. It was early in the AM. However, it seems that AF ratios are better read closer to the turbo in the stock location. Before readings become biased in the exhaust stream.
