The TSB you reference applies to all 2013 S6 and S7 models, as well as all 2013 and 2014 A8 and S8 models. It doesn't specifically mention throttle lag, but rather the following 4 items:
** Begin quote **
• The customer reports that the engine warning light illuminates sporadically (Figure 1).
• The engine may have reduced performance without significant loss of power or stalling.
• Noise is heard coming from the engine compartment, specifically from the High Pressure Fuel Pumps 2.
• The following DTCs are stored in the engine control module (ECM), J623 (address word01):
• DTC P008800 (fuel, rail/system pressure too high)
• DTC P01C900 (fuel, rail/system pressure bank 2 too high)
Technical Background
The fuel metering valve of the high-pressure fuel pump is controlled by a specific on/off ratio. If there is a low system voltage, the on/off ratio may not be enough to keep the fuel metering valve constant in all areas. In such a situation, the fuel metering valve is deactivated and the high-pressure fuel pump switches to full supply mode. Because the increased rail pressure does not match the respective driving situation, the DTC appears.

The solution described in the TSB is to update the ECM software on the S6/S7 from the current version (up to version 0006) to version 0007 or higher. Successive ECM software updates are cumulative, so if you're currently running version 0013 then your ECM already contains all of the changes up to version 0012, plus whatever changes were made to make it 0013. I don't know if 0013 is the absolute latest version, though.
My '13 S6 is running version 0002 and I can readily replicate the lag and though I still don't like it, I've admittedly gotten used to it. I followed the lag threads pretty closely several months ago, and people reported varying success with the different updates. I seem to recall a handful of people saying they got a TCU update as well.
