Cool S6 right front axle replacement ?

Going to pull the RF axle, anyone know if I can get it out by just Turning the wheel full lock? Or is it necessary to pop off one or both of the lower control arms? Have a bad boot at a minimum on the inner joint, may just replace the whole axle. Have one on order from Ellis.
    Thanks.

Pop the 2 upper arms and the axle nut, shouldn't have to remove brakes.

Get a really long extension for your breaker bar too. I think I used a 4' pipe when I changed mine on my B5 Avant.

Glad to see you are going OEM vs. part store ones. I ended up using Raxels (sp?)
