One thing after another. More underboost

After multiple searches through the threads over the months and about 1800 worth of repairs, I'll keep this short btw, basically I replaced my SMIC's with a FMIC, replaced my ko3, and my DV, drove great after, but still slow bc I needed an N75, through one in today, and for the first time since owning it, I felt all the boost under throttle and it was great, for a couple hours. Aaaaand now I'm underboosting again. Thoughts? Could I have torn my DV once again?

I would do a boost leak test first to make sure you have a fully sealed system.

Torn your DV? Did you replace it with the rubber one? And do you have a boost gauge or way to measure boost?

Yes I have a boost guage! When I first replaced my N75 I was reaching around 15lbs of boost. After a small amount of romping around enjoying it, the dreaded CEL came back. Currently building upwards of 4-5lbs of boost

Wow. yeah I would check the DV. You might go with the plastic one rather than the rubber, if you used that. At least the plastic ones are much less likely to fail.

K.I.S.S......go back and check all your clamps and couplers on your IC piping first.

Unlikely that broke then. Was your turbo new/oem? or used?

Do you still have your stock IC? I would definitely check the IC to make sure it's not leaking there.

Bought this turbo off of the classifies with 90k on it. Also after another inspection and a drive my manifold and turbo were glowing pretty nicely. But I wouldn't think a bad cat would do much to boost would it?
Unless a clogged cat wouldn't be allowing for a better flow of air, so maybe what I just said sounds stupid lol
