    Tire Size Help

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
I have ordered HRE FF01's in 20x9.5 with an offset of 35 for my 2016 S6. I am trying to decide between a few tire sizes.
    265/35/20
    275/30/20
    275/35/20

I am looking for a square look (not stretched) and done want any part of it to stick out past the fender. Anyone care to share their thoughts and reasons why? Thanks!

You may wanna check on the width of your FF01 to see if they are really 9.5
Why would they not be 9.5?

Pandi is correct, 20x9 ET 35 is how they are sold for the S6, I should know as I have a set.

Really? You don't think that would rub? I would love a 275 on my car but I may be safe and go with the 265/35.

I have ff01 unless they changed it the s6 fitment is listed as 20x9 +35, you can run a +25 but you might need to run a 255, if you're lowered. it's pretty close to the fender.

You guys are right, thank you. Its a 20x9x35 So, I am guessing a 275 will be to wide for the rim?

A 265/35/20 Michelin PSS tire is a perfect fitment on a 9" wide wheel with a 35mm offset on the S6.

Here is a different wheel with the same specs and tire:

Current Fleet: Porsche 718 Spyder * Audi S5 Sportback * Audi RS5 Sportback
    On order: Audi RSQ8 Performance

    I'm running 265/35/20's on a 9" Vossen CV5 ET32...I think it's a bang on flush with the fender. I think a 275 on a 9.5 ET35 should look just about right too.

Good stuff man, thanks for posting this picture. Even though my 255s are brand new I think I will be buying a new set of 265s very soon. The 255s are just too stretched.

I'm curious with the OP'S question as well. Anyone run 275/35/20 on a 20x9? I have a A7 and it sit flush with 265/35/20 on the stock wheels with 17.5mm spacers. I just would like a little more meat for tires similar to MYAUDIS7'S old setup.

I would run the 265/35/20 on there 100%

We have done it countless times! :)

Agreed, I just know the quality and finish of the HRE wheel are very good. Weight is also lower then some of the less expensive options as is strength.
