For those with KW HAS

For those who installed a set of KW HAS, did the fronts settle the same amount as the rears? If not, what was the difference?

Looking more specifically for the SQ5 but I'm sure others who are installing on a 2.0T may find the info useful (figure the extra weight in the SQ would alter the settling vs the 2.0T).

Mops, is that 15 front 20 rear? I'm just curious b/c I was doing measurements the other day and it seemed like i had a half inch max to come out in the rear, and almost a full inch to make the fronts flush

It is. I'll snap a pic later today. The BLK had a 3mm front to rear variance.

I have to agree. I was thinking maybe 12.5mm & 30mm, but 15/30 looks great, especially on stockers.

wow, yup, that looks perfect haha! If I don't buy wheels soon, I'll order some spacers from ya. With the amount of shit on the roads right now, solid reminder that its probably best i don't have them for the winter months.

Camber throws it off a bit, but its just right for me. Sounds like a plan, and you're probably right

yeah, it's been hard to find people without adjustable control arms to compare fitment haha.

No arms for me. Never have, never will. Financials make no sense, and I like and need the camber. My rears stand up too straight and I hate it lol. I forgot to tell the shop to leave them around -1.4.

And make noise. I can see why some want them for sure, but its not a need for me. I don't wear socks either :P But yea, it would take quiet a few set of prematurely worn tires before you'd get back the $600-$700 for part and install cost.

true story! I'm more of a DIY guy. but the extra cost of the alignment is what I'll never be able to justify. another $50 every alignment really mitigates the tire factor!! I need to find a solid aftermarket shop to do my alignments. Had firestone do one and had to scream at someone and then take it to Audi the following week which was literally 2.5x as much but worth it for the peace of mind lol.

I can attest to this. Had SPC's on my '13 A4 which were great until the ball joint went out on the drivers side and it started popping like an arthritic knee. Took less than 2 years and 16000 miles to fail.
