Mirror swap?

I like the rearward visibility of my outside mirrors, but they block a lot when turning and tend to block where the curb or island is (as well as pedestrians) . I end up with my seat way high to give me some visibility.

Does anyone know if the S4 mirror might bolt up? It seems to possibly be the perfect size, And it is just a smaller/ thinner version of ours.

I was thinking the same thing! Would have to buy a whole assembly to find out. Not sure if you can just replace the mirror and mirror cap. Looks like the shape might be slightly off to do that. But to mount the s4 unit to the door in its' place might work.

Did you ever figure this out, Steve?
I'd love some smaller mirrors (and ones that folded in more, at that). Terrible drivers here in New Orleans plus super-narrow streets spell disaster for mirrors :)
...wonder if Q3 mirrors are different/will fit?
