The first kit you link comes with the upper control arms, which you have a link to the adjustable ones. You may want to see if you can break the kit up and save a few bucks. Everything looks good. Maybe you'll want rear sway bar end links. There's aftermarket for those too, the oem are plastic. Have fun doing the work, meaning have fun with those pinch bolts.

Definitely get FCP to make you a custom kit with just the lowers. They were really great about doing custom orders for me in the past.

If I was getting adjustable uppers, I would save $150 and get these ones instead (2 kits - 1 for each side):

I feel like the control arms for the rear are overkill, though. Not to mention very expensive. I might replace the bushings, if I had stuff apart for a wheel bearing or something. Other than that, they don't really cause problems. It's the front ball joints and upper bushings that are the high failure stuff. Basically, you can drop $250 in the front end of these cars and notice a world of difference. Then you can drop $1000 in the rear and not really notice anything. That's what I'm saying. Don't let me rain on your parade if you're building some sort of race car, though.

Damn doing the whole rear too eh? Is it really that noticably loose, How many miles on the car? I regret not getting meyle HD RSB end links, OEM are plastic like davdraco1 said. I think I may have a clunking coming from mine. Also if your tearing that far into the rear then you might aswell replace the rear tie rods PN: 8d0501530, 034 makes a set of adjustable ones which I am selling a set ;). good luck with the pinch bolts and essetric bolts. If you got alot of salt consider droping the dough on SS pinch bolts.

At 191500kms/119000?miles just doing the front end and coilovers the car feels like it just rolled off the showroom floor.

I'm about to turn 140k miles.

Hooning in the snow this past Saturday brought to my attention of how loose everything is.
I currently have a tune on the stock k03 and plan on doing a stroker build at the end of this year/next year.

I don't have a press and figure if I replace everything like I posted all at once I wouldn't have to worry a out it for another 140k lol
Plus I'll be getting solid motor mount, ttans mounts, diff mounts and subframe.

For the rear the lower bushings are probably fine the only ones I would change based off experience would be the upper rear bushings, you use a ball joint press to install them, way cheaper than buying control arms.

Everything else should be fine, my car is a 97 and pushing 300k kms and that's all I've had to do in the rear.

yeah, those rear upper bushings on the inside of the control arm do fail now and again. The rubber tears and they squeak and stuff. They are a some buggers to replace, but doable.

The other one is the lower/outer bushing where the camber eccentric is. Usually the eccentric bolt is fused to the ID of the bushing and it's a big mess getting that taken care of. Not really critical to dive into unless you actually need to remove the spindle or replace the eccentric bolt. If you leave it be, the bushing itself is generally ok. Just fused to the bolt is all.

I have to agree with what everyone is saying.

The only places you'll likely have to spend money on the rear are:
-Rear lower outer bushings (Camber) 2 per side
-Rear upper inners, 2 per side
-RSB endlinks, upgrade to the metal ones
-Rear track rods, usually the bolts are fused and you'll have to replace the bolt+track rod at the same time. I wouldn't see why not

Yeah, I almost mentioned those rear tie rods. Those eccentric bolts like to do the same thing - fuse to the ID of the bushing. This is not a huge problem, so long as the bolt still turns. You can still get minor adjustments out of it. But should you need to replace the tie rod or the bolt for whatever reason - you better have the torch ready.

Are you sure you want solid mounts? I have street density motor and trans mounts and would get slight vibrations till 2200 rpm then smothered out. But when you got on it the shifts where amazing compared to oem mounts with 150k on them. I did them at the same time. I've been in cars with as close to coils as possible and daily driving is horrible. What's you intentions with the car?

I'm pretty sure. I've been talking with M Hood about the solid mounts specifically for the stroker build. Granted I'm not going to be pushing 600awhp like he is but he says as long at the rotating assembly gets balanced the solid mounts should be fine with little vibrations

My intentions are to have the ultimate street/track car

I've has solid mounts in a 3rd Gen Prelude a few years back and I actually liked it lol
