audi a4 rear speakers upgrade

my rear speakers are broken so i whant to install some new artermarket speakers, the problem is that the oem speaker have a lot of cables in the plug, how can i install a new one ? the other cables are for some kind of capacitor in the original speaker?

There's an amplifier on the driver's side speaker. It's all pretty straight forward: solder in the amplifier, and I removed the connections from the old speakers and soldered them onto the new speakers so I could simply plug them in. Ran them like that for a couple months without an issue before installing an amplifier for all 4 speakers and ditching the oem wiring entirely.
