Looking for a new Sepang Blue car

Hey all,
Friend of mine at work wants to buy one for his wife but isn't having any luck finding one and the dealership doesn't appear to be in too much of a hurry to help locate one. Not sure why that is, but if someone knows of one at their local dealer or the best way to try to locate one, pass it along. They were hoping for Sepang with black interior, Premium Plus I believe.

Seems like they don't want to budge on the pricing. Thats why its still there. You should be able to easily pick this car up for 49K no questions asked. Hell i paid 50k for my 14 when the 15's were getting released next month.

I don't believe that this car has been at this dealership very long. I just got a TSB done to my rotors in December, and it wasn't there.
At least I didn't notice it there at the time. I am guessing it came from a dealer trade.

Sorry this is a bit off-topic, but you referenced having a TSB done on your rotors recently and I noticed you have a 2014 S4.
Is this due to brake squeal or noise coming from the brakes by any chance? I have been having a lot of break squeal issues with cold weather
and aware that 2012 s4's and s5's had a known issue for which the TSB was issued, but couldn't find anything on the 2014 S4. If you had a similar
issue hat you got resolved, I would love to hear about your experience. My dealership in the northeast has given me several stories about the issue but
other than cleaning them, have not resolved it.

I know of two cars, a 2014 and 2015 that have the same exact issue. I think there is a thread on this.

Get used to the squeal. The brake pads used on these cars are made of a compound that causes the squeal. Audi knows about it but says that changing to a different pad would compromise performance. All 3 of my B8 s4s have had the same issue. Took my 2010 in . Service did some type of hocus pocus. which involved beveling the edges of the pads and putting some goop on the back. Also gave me a piece of Audi propaganda explaining why the brakes squeal. On latest car, I just replaced the pads with Stoptech Ceramic pads. Now in no longer have the squeal OR the annoying black brake dust.

Thank you for the input, it seems like I pretty much own the noise issue until I make a switch with the pads/rotors. Someone else also suggested Akebonos, so I guess I will have to do some research on these options, maybe after giving the Audi rep. an earful. As for my Audi 19" corroding rims, I suspect that will be a more expensive replacement option for me. Maybe they will blame their dieselgate issues on their customers too......Great driving car though.....

Is it a Prestige 15? Or Premium Plus?

I have B7 A4 but can attest that the "goop" placed on the back helps alot. The squeeling is typically caused by vibration at certain frequencies (yes, the compound used in the pads is susceptible to producing such frequencies) and the goop reduces the vibrations. I still have trouble with mine in really cold weather, but other than that, it is an improvement.
