2010 A4 Random Vehicle Lights Malfunction Warning

My 2010 A4 has been throwing random Vehicle Lights Malfunction warning and I can't seem to figure out why. The first time it happened, the right rear turn signal bulb was out so I replaced it and the light went away. Then I started to get the warning randomly either during startup or while driving. Sometimes I'm able to turn off the car and then restart it half an hour later and the light goes away. I've checked to make sure every light/bulb (front/mirror/rear turn signals, brakes, headlights, highbeams, front/rear fog) is working and indeed they are. I've plugged in a bluetooth OBDII reader and there are no fault codes.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what's causing it?

My car does the same thing. It's always the rear right turn signal for me but the bulb is fine. I've noticed it only happens to me when it's very damp/humid out. No idea what's causing it tho.
