Found out my heads cracked or warped or something, and I'm looking to replace it.

Looking for information on what parts are a definite to replace and what should/could be salvageable.

Also a good place to get the items and an approximate price if anyone knows an estimate.

I do most of my shopping on ECS, but couldn't find a rebuild kit there, so other suggestions are appreciated.

If you head is cracked or warped, the head casting itself if typically no longer usable. You would need to get a replacement head, have it checked and I would recommend at the minimum have no valve guide inserted and new valve guide seals.

You current valves, springs and keepers should be able to be reused if necessary in the new head, however they typically come with them. You should be able to transfer over your camshafts, lifters, cam chain tensioner and cam chain, however each of those should be inspected to ensure they are in good working order.

I use autohausaz.com often for parts. Any order over 75$ ships free. Maybe give them a try.

I found a good used AEB head on craigslist for about 250$ and it came with everything but cams.
