2002 Laser red tip?

anyone on here have a 2002 Laser Red Sedan with tiptronic? AOA told me only 16 were sold in the US. Was just curious if anybody else has one.

I got a 2000 laser red tip.

There really weren't a lot of 2002's sold and 90% of the cars in the 2000's were silver, so 16 doesn't sound that crazy

They also said 19 MY2002's were sold with Laser Red interior which I didn't even know existed

There are very few laser red cars of any sort. I have an 01.5 sedan. Still looks fantastic 15 years on!

i'm not sure, in the message they left she just stated that for that MY2002 19 with Laser interior were sold in the US and 16 with Laser exterior and onyx interior were sold for that year as well...
they also said my S4 wasnt sold until 2/2003

I have a very unique and rare S4. I'm the original owner. This was custom ordered by me with the options I wanted and the ones I didn't want left off. A few months ago, a request was made to Audi of America about just how many were produced. In less than twenty-four hours, I received the following information straight from AOA:

To add to this, mine is equipped with the Sports Package ( Aluminum belt line trim and polished aluminum side view mirrors). The Winter Package (Heated front seats and ski sack) was not ordered.
This is quite possibly a one of one ever produced. Could be one of two or at most, one of three. And that was 15 years ago. How many survived?
The pictures don't come anywhere close to showing the true condition and care it's been shown. You have to see this in person. It's that nice. 84k miles. Brilliant laser red paint. Never, ever seen an automatic car wash. Absolutely no door dings or body damage. Zero curb rash. All maintenance up to date. A true stock survivor!
After getting the production numbers from AoA, it became evident that this is quite rare. Most have been modified and used hard.

I can't find it now but I'm certain I read Canada never sold the 2002's (they were leftover 2001's technically) I'm inclined to believe the car you saw was imported. A cluster swap would also be fairly easy.

That is true, it was probably imported from the states, I can't remember if the clusters were metric or imperial

Audi imported 75 2002 S4's into Canada. We also have sub 600 S4's total for the whole country last I talked to them
