My 2013 Daytona Grey RS5

Hey everyone...I recently returned my 2012 G37 coupe. Spent over two months carless because I either couldnt make up my mind with what I wanted, or when I would go to look at a car I was suckered into multiple bait and switches. Finally this car landed in my lap, I wasnt even looking for it, to be honest I really wanted a '13 S5. But this thing presented itself and I couldn't not do it.

My boyfriend and I flew down to Florida less than 24 hours after I found the car, and drove it back up to NYC. Crazy experience, but it was so well worth it!

I appreciate any input or suggestions for any other future mods I can do to this thing! Cant wait to get going on it, I'm gonna have all winter.

Dont need adapters. Just run wobble bolts. With those offsets and width they will fit.

Congrats! I'm rocking 20x10.5 +25 all the way around with plenty of room to clear the brakes. I'm no expert in offsets but I'd probably be more concerned that lower offsets might be too aggressive with adapters. I suppose you could try wobble bolts instead but I've never been super confident in those.

But being the VSXX are relatively flat, will they clear the calipers? You might just have to pull a wheel off and toss one of the VSXX up to it and see if they'll clear. Probably the easiest solution.

BK/Steve told us about your car. Heck of a deal! I'd talk to him about his air ride. Sounds like a pretty good option in your case. Can be low when you want and raise it up when you need. Quite practical. Enjoy the car!

Ugh I'm sorry, misunderstanding lol. I was told to try these but I've never met anyone who uses these so I'm not too knowledgable in that department. I've never had to use wheels that didnt match lug patterns for my cars. I just dont want to sell these wheels because they really sentimental to me and I'd love to be able to continue using them, long story lol. I'd be worried about how safe these bolts are.

Bolts are TUV approved, so they're good to go. Wouldn't be worried about the safety of it.

They cleared the brakes on my G with a 5mm spacer in the front only. But the brake calipers on my G were a LOT smaller than the RS ones. And youre right, I may just have to try them on. The car is going to be tucked away in the garage tomorrow morning with the big snow storm (supposedly) coming, my wheels are in there too, I'll try to line up a front and rear wheel on and see.

I figured Steve would have spoken about me to a few people on here lol, he's been helping me a LOT with info about Audis lol. I've easily asked him a couple hundred questions lmao. Air ride is a maybe, I just really dont want to spend that kind of money, unless I find a good deal on a set up. I'm not one of those people against air suspensions, Ive just always been static. I hear sometimes the ride can be a bit bouncy with air suspension, is that so? Someone else also told me to consider a cup kit. Bahhh.

Adapters will put you out wayyyy too far. They have to be 12mm+ IIRC. 66.1 is also an issue. For the pattern, I'd re-drill them. For the specs, 20x10 ET20 is pretty perfect, and the front lip appears to be pretty shallow. I'd think you're good on caliper clearance.

I would not use does wheels. Sell them and put money towards new ones if you like. If your car is already rubbing your driveway , forget it. Even the smallest drop will make it that you can't pull in your driveway
