Headlight Washer Hose Keeps Popping Out

What do you guys recommend? I have "fixed" it twice by connecting it back into place but it keeps coming undone and then leaks enough to set the washer fluid low animation.

I was thinking of maybe super gluing the male connecting piece so it isn't an issue, but not sure what the repercussions would be.

I have found that people just disconnect the hoses and block them off. After pulling the bumper for the first time to place in service position and finding it to be a huge pain in the arse to disconnect them, I'll probably do the same the next time.

If you have any plans for any mods on the engine, I certainly wouldn't super glue the hose in place.

Yeah, so that's what I meant: disconnecting/blocking it off. How do I do that?

I would imagine you could cut off the fitting, then clamp some sort of plug in the end.

Just plug the hose at the beginning of the line going into the bumper.

Unplug the connection to the pump/pull the fuse for that pump.

That's what the previous owner did on mine.

I would think if the line is leaking you would still lose washer fluid with the fuse pulled. I'm not 100% sure but just my assumption.

Throw some epoxy or JB weld on it! I forget how I blocked this, but I HATE the headlight washers. Nothing worse than forgetting to turn your headlights off when you wash your windshield and wasting all of that fluid from those washers.
