You probably won't have issues, but you'll probably wish you had wider wheels, and you'll definitely wish you had wider tires. I would pass

And actually, those tires might not even have enough load rating for our B7.

OP, you're looking for more like 235/40/18, but there are so many variables here with the biggest one being your ride height. Do a little reading on tire sizes and wheel offsets and you'll get the wheel fitment thing quickly.
