    That's not the valve by the turbo inlet but the round top and thin spindle? Sure I got one but I'm selling entire turbo oem born warner k03s for 150 obo I mean why not take the entire thing

    That's the one. I have a working ko4 but suspect the actuator has a rip in the diaphragm. Don't want to downgrade to a ko3

    You should be able to test it with a hand vacuum pump or just pull the rod out and put your thumb over the hose nipple and see if it holds. I think I've got a couple actuators off of K03s if yours is definitely bad.
