    ACCUAir System - possible issues....

Curious, if anyone else is having problems with their ACCUAir system in the cold weather? Also, how often do you calibrate your system?

    What problems are you having?

The system should't need to be re calibrated unless you change settings or components on your car.

Once my settings are entered (after a calibration), when I start my vehicle, it will need further adjusting on at least two of the corners.

Did this randomly just start happening? Also, have you had to jump your car anytime soon from a dead battery?

This occurred perhaps a couple of months after the install of the system. I would simply recalibrate the system and it would work for a couple of days and then I would re-set it manually. I have never had to jump my vehicle since I purchased her. But it is interesting that you bring that up. I have heard that a weak battery may play havoc on the ACCUAir system (brain). I may simply purchase a new battery to be on the safe side. Thoughts?

I just want to add that my P3 Gauge shows my battery level is 14.1.

Sometimes the ECU gets shorted when jumping the car, that is why I ask.

Sounds like it could be either an ECU problem or height sensor placement. Are you using the AccuAir B8 sport height brackets?

I purchased the B8 Premier System. I upgraded to a 5 gallon tank and two compressors.

Has anyone figured out what McLaren is using for their suspension allowing the P1 to raise and lower for more ground clearance? I'm asking because I'd love to move forward with Accuair but I hate how much precious room the pump etc takes up. I'd love a system that didn't take up any space but allowed me to raise the front for better clearance at times. Thanks for your replies in advance.
