Most popular wheel size for the b8 chassis?

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
Besides digging through the stickies and count the results, what is the preferred diameter for this chassis? I see quite a bit of discussion on 19x9.5 and 20x9. Trying to decide which samples sizes to fit to my car next month.

You would most certainly want to lower with 20", our common sizes are 19x8.5" and 20x9.0" for the B8.

The affordable wheel vendors such as Avant Garde and VMR commonly offer 19x8.5 and 19x9.5 sizing so you see them a lot around here.

I run 18's in the winter and 20's in the summer.
20's are obviously more expensive for rubber and wheel and typically have added weight and/or moment of inertia.

I'd go 20's but our roads would destroy them within a single summer. Hell, they aren't nice on 19"s either, but at least there's a bit more meat on the sidewalls.
