Allroad coilovers that go high?

Hey guys. So I want to replace my Arnott coil struts with coilovers so I can go lower in the summer. And when winter comes, be able to adjust them up high to clear snow.

I was told that when ST's are raised up to max, the rear is still rubbing fender liner when people sit in the back.

Does anyone have experience with coilovers for the C5 allroad that raise up high (at least 3 finger gap)?
