How to lessen or remove scratch in gloss plastic?

Hey all, I got a light scratch in the gloss plastic between the front and rear doors (B pillar) and was wondering if there is a way to remove or at least lessen it? Plastic polish do the trick? Any help is appreciated.

There are plastic polishes that people use on high-gloss black electronics that would probably work. It likely only minimizes the scratch though.

If its not removable, you can always just get some gloss black vinyl wrap and cover those B-pillars on both sides.
