I just bit the bullet and ordered a set from Tag Motorsports. They're running 10% off right now on AWE.

I just put them on yesterday. They were everything I expected. Got rid of the freeway drone but still retained a sporty growl. I do have a custom magnaflow setup paired with the AWE dps with 2.5" piping. Happy camper now. I would suggest dealing with Tag as they were great to work with.

Also, I ordered the removal tool but didn't need it. So I will let it go brand new for a good price. I'll take a small hit to help someone out.

Great to hear! I'd love to hear feedback from anyone with the AWE exhaust, with/without the resonated DP's. Been considering it for the A7 but just can't find one in person that i can hear to determine if the downpipes are needed.. My S7 quad diffuser is sitting in the garage waiting for quad tips! :)

If the DP's are the same on my B8 S4 then I will have a set of AWE resonated dp's coming off the car soon. Only used for 2500 miles before I bought the S6.

The AWE part # for the DPs is the same for all 3.0T models.

Is the part number the same for the rear section as well? If so I'm puling my AWE Touring catback along with the downpipes.

Glad I subscribed. I noticed the same thing on their site and came to post the question to 034 to see if their S4 dp work on the A6.
I will call them to make sure.

Not sure on the rears. If you look on AWE website under the exhaust suite, there's a tab that says "this fits..." and lists all the models that are compatible.
