Difference between 2013 and 2014 S6. Looking to buy

Looking around for a new car, and the S6 caught my Eye.

I was wondering is there any major difference between the model years besides 5-10k in price? Would it be smarter to buy a 2013 and save the money or spend a bit more for a new models with more warranty left? CPO of course.

    Thanks guys!

BTW, the specific two cars I'm looking at follows.

2014 Black S6 fully loaded I think besides HUD pack, with 34k miles at 59,4k, seems a little high with the miles it has on it?

2013 Gray fully loaded like the 2014 besides the Hud, with 31k miles at 54.5k.

They're both CPO too. I do get the audi loyalty thing so I think that's another 1k-1.5k off, but what should I realistically ask for on price?

from what i recall they started offering the black optics package in 2014 and they changed the arm rests on the doors to leather, other than that both cars are basically the same.

Thanks, I wonder if it better to go with the 2013 and save some cash or spend a bit for a better resale value when selling it.

They also added the inlays (at least the black wood/aluminum) for the 14, as is in mine, and they upgraded the Audi Connect system to support more 3G bands. It's true you might be able to get your 13s upgraded, as many have done for free...

I didn't see a difference enough to justify the cost and ended up with a '13. Though i plan to keep it for a while and put a lot of miles on it. If you're more interested in resale, the newer model will always get a little more return. At least until 10 years or older.

Do you get Audi Loyalty on a used car?

For a used car, the value will drop 10%/year (assuming 12k miles/year). Assuming a similar 1st sale date (on Carfax), the 2013 should be ~10% cheaper if optioned similarly.
