Oleg you should consider TVS for TCU tune, stage 3-4 can have Antilag activated & you live by a dealer for TVS.

Oleg if you were to keep the turbo with no twin charger would you stick with stock supercharger intercoolers & use the -12 AN fittings or go air to air like one sk?

Air to air is better choose but required more work, Stock supercharger IC works as well and I proved that.

I din't do anything to my forged block i have no time at this moment to work on my engine and i just moved to new location. I checked all measurements and they all 1:1 except the valve keepers, audi/vw using same keepers for many years with different engines but for some reason 3.0t not fit! I bought couple valve keepers from 2.0T and works fine so i have to order more.

Mostly that, but you also need to pray a little bit that you don't get surprise grip, because that'll really fk your day up. You can actually get an AWD car spinning a lot faster than FWD/RWD if you've got the right conditions. I actually made my wife puke once after I got spinning so fast in the STI in the mall parking lots years ago.

No, design is ready but the price is crazy to produce those manifold. If we have 4 people who is interesting then we can move forward, first 4 will have good discount I would say total price would be $900 each + shipping and it will take some time for the finish product.

That's awesome, are you fitting those 6 piston brakes too? when you finish that can you give a write up about it, specific caliper & rotor, etc?

$900 is not bad, damn i wish i could get everything rolling with my turbo setup. Could J fonz tune for a hemi or 82 mm porsche throttle body? Or would it already have to be plug & play?

This might be a stupid question but would you be keeping both of those rear calipers on or would you be removing the OEM caliper?

Iíve been wanting to do this to the rear brakes ever since seeing this guys build thread.....sounds like he used Porsche 4 pot calipers and fabricated his own caliper carriers....

Nice! Excited to hear how you make out

I connected with this AZ Member who is local to me and he was going to look at my car to see what he could do but obviously he has a minimum number of units that he would need to produce to do the work.....

One time run of rear brembo caliper brackets. Reserve now

Sorry for being annoying brother, I just thought you would know more about internal limit because last time i think it was when you pushed 540 whp on dyno, now youre 600+ whp 😂

It's Ok , as you know at the dyno I had fuel issue and pre turbo big exhaust leak! Probably at list 60-70whp was loosed at the dyno day. When I fixed the problem with pre turbo exhaust leak and fuel issue I pick up 5mph at 1/4 mile. Before I was runs flat 11 sec... and 129mph and now 10.8 @ 134mph on 20" rims/winter tires with 18" Hoosier I should be low 10s and 136mph + btw my clutch slipping and my current boost is 28spi+ so I wish if I have more room with fuel, then I should hit very low 10sec... or even high 9sec...

    Thatís insane! Nicely done Oleg!

Iím going to send you a message with a few questions about fine tuning some of the settings of the Torqbyte PM4....Iíve been running it for a couple of weeks now and Alex and the engineers have been awesome with support and sending me custom files after reviewing my logs and now they are working on further development of their software as well....see below.....

We may need to have the techs make and send him the LPFP sensor T-adapter which will allow PM4 to read and log actual fuel pressure and overlay it on top of ECU and pump duty readings.

This thing is awesome and it provides full control over the LPFP operation. I know that upgraded injectors are the real priority for you but this controller is great

Dang Oleg, you've been busy man and that manifold looks amazing . I'll take Bypass adapter, hurry up

    Questions:
    1. Will your 2nd Generation SC adapter plate for port injectors fit Gen 1 chargers or strictly for turbo upgrades?
    2. TB adapter for Hemi and can it be used on our charger?
    3. On rear rotor, awesome idea but doesn't look like caliper pads utilize 100% of rotor face?

    Keep up the good work.

    Questions:

1 => Adapter plate works only with 2nd Gen SC body because injectors doesn't fit with 1st Gen SC and this adapter can be used for both applications SC and Turbo
2=> Yes you can used this, TB Adapter for non turbo application.
3=> Brembo 4 top Caliper Pads should be 100% on rotor I'm still working on 3D model now. The 4 pot Brembo pad height is smaller then any new AUDI oem rear caliper pads, that's why you can see a gap 8-10mm on rotor. It's not a big deal and it will not effect brake mechanically at all. You can't beet the price of that rotor and diameter for $60+ you getting 356mm

Will do! Just PMd you some questions

You can easily run Dual Walbro 450 or 525 LPFPs with the PM4 and have full closed loop control :)

How close are you to upgrading the injectors and if you are successful would it be the type of solution that could work for other cars like mine with the OEM supercharger (Ported)?

Oleg what needs to be adapted to the heads to be able to run the +1 mm valves, i see you used the standard, is there a reason you went standard & not oversized?
