    KW H.A.S. questions

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
Just received my KW H.A.S. from a vendor online and some questions for those who have them. I read in a previous thread that KW changed to the taller avant springs for the rear (1034-05G12) but mine come with 1042-34G14. Did KW change their spring setup for the HAS kit again?

Also, for the price I paid, I was expecting the product to come in pristine condition but seems to have several chips all over the place. Did you guys experience the same thing? Should I return them? Pics are posted below.

I would return those really quick, for the money you paid they look like crap.

Won't make a difference, you're likely to scrape them up during your own install but that does look potentially used.

That looks used. Perhaps someone got one of the "old" kits and only figured out after installing them. (because the car was too low in the rear) They probably returned them for a new spring kit (with avant rear springs), and now you're stuck with it. (until you return it yourself)

    Thanks guys, definitely returning ASAP.

And just to clarify, those are the correct springs for our cars... called KW today to make sure. Seems like they changed the springs a couple times since the B8 came out.
