I recently purchased a 2013 Allroad. It has a grille with a licence plate mount, but I don't need that here in Georgia. If you have a spare plateless version (part # 8K0853651S1RR), please let me know.

These rarely pop up but hopefully you find someone! Best price I see for a new one is $410.69 from http://genuineaudiparts.com

The other option is installing a europlate bracket. It's not as clean as a new grill, but it sure beats looking at the plate.

You can replace the grille entirely:

Grille | Allroad Post-Facelift (Plate Delete)

or a little less expensive, pull that US plate holder off and pop on the European plate holder:
