Anyone have any experience using "VEMO" brand parts for the B5 A4?

I just bought an Oil Cooler from ECSTUNING, and the brand is called "VEMO", I've never heard of them before, but online says its a german manufacturing company. Anyone have any experience using this brand of cooler or brand in general? I bought this one because it was literally 8 times cheaper than the OEM Cooler from my local Audi Dealership!

Vemo/Valeo at one point was a supplier to Audi. You can expect similar quality when compared to OEM. Difference being you don't get slapped with the "Genuine VW/Audi" mark up tax.
