Will there be any offset or clearance issues? Tire size is 255/35r19

    You'll need 66.6 to 57.1 hub rings.

You may get some rubbing with the 255s as that's a big tire for the B7. 235 or 245 would be more appropriate.

Can you explain the hub rings pls. So it's not a clean fit and I need the rings so I won't get any vibration?

Yes. Your cars hub is 57.1mm and the B8 wheel is 66.6mm. There is basically a 9mm gap and the hub rings fill that gap and create a tight seal between the wheel and the hub, eliminating any unwanted vibration.

To further clarify, this hub ring doesn't change the offset at all. They just help fill in the space so that the wheel sits centered on the hub

Extended bolts are necessary when you use a spacer. I.E. : oem bolt lenght is ~28mm. If you run a 15mm spacer you would need 43mm extended bolt.

So if you're not running a spacer and the wheels are oem, your oem ball seat bolts will do just fine.
