PSI Concepts - TDO5H-20G anyone got any info on this stuff?

I just stumbled across this PSI Concepts company, and found that they have a 20G turbo along with a T25 manifold. A buddy of mine just got a 2002 A4 5-speed 1.8t. His turbo sounds like a drill, and I want to suggest the 20g only because I totally loved the 20g on my old DSM. Any word on anyone who's used one? I'd love to hear about it.

I've had mine for about 3 years now. Have had no real issues and I've put about 25-30k daily driving miles on it. I would suggest getting locking hardware for the turbo to downpipe connection. Also, your tune(as with any setup) is arguably the most vital piece of the puzzle. My overall thoughts on it now are that it's great for the price, but I wish it spooled up just a hair faster.

Yea, I meant to say without sacrificing top end. Something like an EFR but, obviously, that means more $$$.

What are you running for boost, and roughly what RPM are you making full boost?

There are a few of us Running the Td05's. I have the 20g and flow manifold which I have had for a few years and no major issues. Setup was on my old car, and transferred it the my new car. Only thing I did was replace the hot side due to it breaking from the front end car crash. I actually rebuilt the CHRA using a kit found on ebay for the TD05's since they are used in suburu's No issues with the rebuild kit either. Kneel has the 18G. If you search PSI concepts you should find a few threads on them. It was pointed out to me not too long ago JHM is using a TD05 style turbo on one of their B7 projects and should have a kit out in the near future.
