Ordered RS Caliper Covers - Will try to fit onto S6 rear calipers

I ordered these rear caliper covers from ECS:

    https://www.ecstuning.com/Audi-RS7--...per/ES2684138/

I know they are for the RS7, but I'm going to try to fit them onto the S6 rear calipers. The calipers look very similar in dimensions and shape. I know that there are two posts on the back of the covers that fit into holes in the RS7 rear calipers. I'm going to attempt a DIY. Will post photos and results. I can't stand how generic the rear S6 calipers look and Brembo doesn't have a solution for the electronic power e-brake.

Not sure if I'm going to drill into the calipers or if I'm going to attempt something else, like a two-part epoxy with an activator. This should be interesting.

Oh, and I ordered S6 logos to paint over the RS logos and apply those. Don't want to get lambasted for having the audacity of putting RS logos on a humble S6 .

I'll post some pics as soon as I get the covers in.

I saw that, but I wasn't sure what cars everyone was talking about. Are you certain that the 2106 brakes come with a cover on the rear caliper?

AFAIK the red calipers on the RS7 have always had the covers. I was at the factory in Neckarsulm in September and saw a recently produced US-spec RS7 with black calipers and it had the covers.

Doesn't matter what color the calipers are, if they don't have 2 holes drilled in them, they are not plug & play. You'll either have to have them drilled out or break out the dremel, grinder and 2-sided tape.
