Time to move on

Well it was a tough decision for me but I made the call to finally step out of the S4 and into something a little bigger. I was always hesitant to make the move because of my obssesion for the manual trans. But I'm ready and willing to try something new and different for a while and give my left leg a break in the process, working for the dealer makes it a very easy decision for me . I have had a B6 S4, B7 RS4, B8 S4 and B8.5 S4 so I will definitely miss the 4 platform but I think I'm ready to upgrade to something new and different. I will be picking up my new S6 next week, Mythos black with Arras red interior, driver assist, black optics, sport package. I will always check in on the S4 boards for the latest and greatest on 3.0 information as I still have my Q5 3.0. My plan is to be back on the B9 RS4 eventually but in the mean time, there will be a part out on my car. Everything in my signature plus eurocode headers and KW V3's. I will be posting up in the classifieds section at some point today but don't be strangers if you need some help on this platform or even looking for a new car , I'm always happy to help!

the funny thing is that I'm contemplating the same thing. going to hold the S4 for a while longer, but considering the S6 in another year or two. know you will enjoy it.

Good luck richi. I wish you would have stuck around just a little bit longer to really test out the stage 3 kit as you seem like the only person really interested in figuring out what it can do, but either way, I completely understand wanting to move on.

B9 RS4 would be my next move if we ever got them here... otherwise probably P-Car route. No making moves in a while though, my S4 only has 32k miles and I've just finally got it properly sorted out just like I like it. Not to mention it's paid off...

no this actually had nothing to do with stage 3, it was an employee deal i couldnt pass up so i jumped on it. I am very happy with my stage 3, and im sure once the new pulley drops it will be more of a rocket.
