Can i install AFS Bi xenon headlight on my Audi Without the AFS ability ?

Hi all
I want to upgrade my Audi A4 b8 halogen headlight to Bi xenon so i bought on ebay used Bi xenon headlight
and i noticed that the Flashlight have AFS control unit
So i was wondering if i can install tha headlight without the AFS ?
Will they work ?

If i cannot install them without Bi Xenon AFS what will i need in order to succed with the upgrade.

I don't think they will work, as far as I know AFS headlights have never been successfully retrofitted into a non-AFS car.

Do you mean will they work like "normal" retrofit without xenon module and autolevel?

The part number are 8K0941003G 8K0941004G.
What is xenon module exactly ?
I want them to work like my halogen headlights work,is it possible?

Yes they should work, i had one and it worked, replaced due different led color!

Xenon range module, which is needed if you make full retrofit with level sensors etc, afs and xenon module are different.

You have halogen....you have no autolevel at the moment!

If you retrofitting rear and front level sensors and xenon module and non afs bixenon lights - yes, you will have autolevel.

If you install just current new lights, you have no autolevel.

Regarding full afs retrofit i cant tell and will those lights work or not! - google may help!

One more answer to you:)...yes you can install those lights, like in main thread without afs or xenon module, they will work as normal lights, just no autolevel.
So read the main thread, check your j519 module etc...all info there.

To add to the answer about auto level, even if you retrofit non-AFS HIDs to the car they won't automatically level without other sensors. You can aim them using the white plastic Allen screw on the top of the housing once they're installed, and they'll just stay at that level. Even without aiming they will still be way brighter than the halogens.
