Matte Suzuka Grey + RS7 + Airplane Hangar Shoot // TAG Motorsports

So as you know, we have done countless RS7’s so we are always looking for fun new ways to take it up a notch. A VIP client of ours was in recently to re-up his already stellar RS7. We opted to wrap the Suzuka Grey RS7 in XPEL Stealth Clear Bra giving it a matte look which drastically changed the way Suzuka looks! Next it was time for some new shoes - What better for a refresh than the incredible new CS series from ADV.1. We had the wheels Fully polished with a satin clear to give it the same look as the satin suzuka grey. Months ago, we had matched the client's calipers to the standard suzuka grey but it was time for something different. After searching high and low, we opted to go with a vintage Lamborghini color called Blue LeMans. Add our TAG Motorsports Cosmetic Package with Body Color Badging in Gloss - and WOW! Needless to say the client was ecstatic when seeing the result of this. What do you all think?

is the ride quality worse on 295/25/21 than on 275/30/21. Wondering how the difference in size affects things. Would stretching a 275/30 tire to fit a 21x10.5 wheel be similar overall to a 295/25?

So there are a few differences - the 295/25/21 first off is a bit harder to come by. The tire has been on backorder for quite some time. Although you get a bit more meat on the road, and on a 10.5 inch wheel it isn't as stretched however the overall sidewall is thinner, so although the ride isn't compromised by much, you are more susceptible to potholes and such due to the overall diameter being shorter.

For us, its a trade off, if you are running a Pirelli or Dunlop 275/30/21 - we recommend just sticking with the OEM sizes and stretching it a hair (the Conti's are far too narrow) - but if you want a 295, you must be ok with the shorter overall diameter and the possibility of rubbing.

How aggressive are you lowered? We shouldnt have an issue - i just personally like the 275/30/21's. It comes down to personal preference. :)

I'm not lowered at all yet. I don't go aggressive when I do. I like to be able to see the top of the tire and have about an inch+ of space between.

I think for that fitment the 275's would be best. The reason for that is because if you go 295's the Overall Diameter is too short and will be more noticeable that it's too short since the vehicle isn't lowered yet.

I've been waiting to lower it based on getting my wheels first. I don't like 275s on a 10.5 wheel. I don't like the stretched look or being able too see that the tire doesn't fit perfectly.
