Good Day Everyone!

So I replaced my turbo a few months ago and afterwards I took it out for a drive and found that under light throttle and about 2psi of boost(only under driving load) my car makes a weird noise... the only thing I can compare it to is someone blowing into a cardboard tube. It sounds like its coming from the drivers side so I'm not sure if it is just pressurized air slipping past my throttle plates or if there is something else going on. It won't do it on a hoist or without load on the engine so it is a pain to diagnose properly. Any ideas as to what I may be dealing with?
