deleting some things

I have been on my computer for a couple hours trying to get some useful info and all I have come across is people arguing over who's cock is bigger and un answered questions. So any info that is useful is very helpful!

Basically I have a 98.5 a4 quattro with a 2.8L 5V engine and I am trying to clean up my engine bay and get rid of some of that useless garbage that they crammed under the hood. So far I have deleted the SAI system with a 034motorsports kit and I am looking to delete the EGR and PCV systems as well. I am sure there a some threads with some useful info that I missed and hoping someone could point me in the right direction. I have found 3 different pictures of 3 completely different items for the PCV valve and some smart ass answers saying to just remove all the lines but I need to know I am looking at the right thing first! and is there anything else I can easily delete out of the engine bay to clean it up and make it look better? pictures, links, anything to make these as simple as possible is greatly appreciated.

I would assume with a NA car like yours. You really can remove a majority of the lines you see. The only thing you really have to keep is a vacuum source to the brake booster. And maybe the VC and block breathers.

The better thing to do is probably post pictures of things you can't figure out and we can help. The rest you can figure out eith other sources and a little hands on investigation.
