Anyone use these to augment brake cooling in an A4? Any additional work required or plug and play?

Tracking the A4 next week. Thanks!

I forget the details because I read through the thread a while ago, but user Dasquade did some cool brake ducting work on his B8. If you're looking for a DIY cooling setup for track use then it's a great read.

I already cut out the backing on my fog grilles to do something similar but haven't got around to it yet. Another idea would be to use NACA ducts on your bellypan.

Yes, and I believe QUA77RO did as well. Looks like the macan's clamp onto the tie rod, but trick will be how to get air through the fender liner.

Do you have a link to the NACA ducts by chance? Thanks!

Yes, these are the ones I was going to get before deciding on a fog grille inlet. The tubing is on that page as well.

With either of the intake choices you'll have to run some tubing to the back of the disk brakes from the bottom of the engine compartment, so my thinking is that you'll have to cut a hole in the fender liner in a convenient spot where the tubing won't interfere with your wheel's turning radius and suspension travel.
