Unfortunately, the time has come to sell my baby. I love this car, but my wife just had a child, and we are looking for something more practical.

I am the second owner. I bought this car used from Pacific Audi in Torrance, CA in March of 2013. At the time, it had 57,650 miles. Currently, the car has 76,074 miles. Less than 20,000 miles have been put on the car in the 3 years I have owned it. This car has been serviced exclusively at Audi San Diego, and it has been in for all required checkups. The car has been garaged at my home in San Diego. You will not find a nicer S4. I treated this car better than I treat most people.

Why was the head gasket replaced? Has the DSG ever been serviced?

Had a small coolant leak that leaked into cylinder 6. It was noted that the head gasket was faulty so they replaced it. Coolant leak of course was fixed as well. Car never overheated. Repair was done in Dec 2015 and Comes with 12 month 12000 mile warranty. Even confirmed that it is warrantied on a transfer of ownership.

DSG has never been serviced minus getting checked by Audi during the annual checkup and road test.

Car shifts perfect. To be honest It mostly was a weekend driver. I Travel for a living,and the car sat in garage Mon-Thurs. Wife took to work on Fridays.

I think he is asking if the DSG fluid was ever changed? It should have been changed at 35K and 75K miles. It would have cost you around 800 bucks at the dealership each time.

Oh gotcha, I Have not replaced the tranny fluid.

i would be leery of the dealership doing your maintenance if they did not recommend the dsg flush per the proper intervals. I would get it done asap as a selling point for any potential buyers.

I think They recommended it when I was at 69k during my annual inspection of the car, but I was not at 75k so I put off for later. Since then I updated a lot of the maintenance in December in preparation to sell the car, I forgot this was a recommended repair at 75k or else would have had this done.

If this is a deal breaker I would make a deal with the buyer when negotiating the sale price.
