Removing CD's from a radio that is out of the car

I have a Symphony 2+ that is out of the car and i want to remove the cds. is there an easy way to do this?
my car is a symphony 2 and have not installed it yet due to wiring issues. I had an RNS-E and when i tried to install the Symp 2+ you could hear the cd's shuffleing around but wouldn't power up the unit.
I want to get the cds out for the previous owner.

Should just be a couple of screws on the top (or bottom) if the cd tray is right on top. Take pictures before and during the removal to make sure you see where things go especially when springs start flying around.

Try using test leads to attach a 12v power source. You should then be able to just hit eject. You may need the unlock code though.

Be VERY careful if you decide to take the top of the unit off to access the CD's. It isn't very difficult to do this way, but there are little arms that act as the cd changer and can be easily knocked out of position creating all sorts of errors that take a lot of fiddling to remedy.

This is what you will see if you take the top off, crappy pic back when I had to dissect one to fix the CD jam error.
