75k tune up - rattle included at no extra cost

New member here. I've had my 2011 Q5 for about 4.5 years and it has been great to me. Took it into the local dealer over the weekend for the dreaded 75k service. Everything appeared fine, but this morning on my drive to work I noticed a really annoying rattle/creak coming from behind the driver's seat - sounds like it's located near the rear passenger door window. It happened anytime I went over a bump.

Is it possible this rattle is related to the service I just had done? I've had this car for some time and never heard anything like this before. It was a cold morning (~29 F), but we've had colder recently and still never heard anything like this before.

    Thanks.

check and make sure the rear passenger seat is fully latched in the up position and your cargo divider and/or cargo cover are fully installed over there.

I'll give those a look. Thank you for the suggestion.

I'm wondering if it has anything to do with the panoramic sunroof. I know they're supposed to grease the rails, but curious if anything else was done. Just want to double check as much as I can before I call the dealership.

Update: I took Stubek's advice and inspected the cargo cover and rear passenger seats. The cargo cover was slightly loose, so I just had to pop it back into position. They also got the passenger seat buckle wedged behind the passenger seat, so i'm assuming most of the rattle was probably just the buckle.

Yep :) definitely appreciated not having to 1) take it back to the dealer and 2) pay for something else. Thanks again guys!
