Front windows only rolling half way down

Having an odd issue , my front windows are only rolling half way down . Anyone ever experience this before ?

Not sure if this works on Audis but almost every brand of car I have owned has a "reset" or "re-indexing"function for the power windows along the lines of this: 1 - put the window all the way DOWN and continue holding the switch down for 5-10 seconds. Now put the window up holding the switch the entire time and continue holding it in the UP position for another 5-10 seconds. May have to try it more than once.

That's didnt work gonna take it in for warranty to Audi
