Brake squeal while driving, not when applying brake

Installed brand new rear rotors and pads approx 6 weeks ago, first week of December, I got Zimmerman rotors and Textar pads. I did the bed in process of 8-10 60mph to 20mph stops, drove, repeat, and done. All fine for the entire time until just a few days ago, where both sides are squealing while driving or low speed, but when I apply the brakes, no noise. It's also in-frequent, it comes and goes. I did the bedding process again, no luck. Anyone ever had this or know of a possible solution? They've been tomb quiet for awhile and now the noise is literally unbearable.

Maybe the EPB needs to be calibrated? Is it the front or back?

Yeah, I would calibrate the EPB.
