C6 vs C7 Allroad

I love avants, can't get enough of them! Currently on my second B6 A4, still loving it. Thinking of getting another avant and wondering what you guys think.

C6 or the C7 Allroad? Which would you choose and why? Is the Allroad worth the extra $$$?

Also, for the C6, any years to avoid considering maintenance and reliability? I don't know much about this lineup, but hoping to avoid any obvious pitfalls. Thanks!

For a newer model year and sexy updated body style, go with the Allroad but you get a smaller engine. If the Allroad had the 3.0T engine, that's what I'd be driving. Since it doesn't, I'm in a C6. That said, there are performance upgrades that can be done to the Allroad if you need more hp.

For a C6, look for a facelifted model 09-11. Those give you the 3.0T engine.

In the US, you can't get either of those. The US got the C5 allroad and now the B8.5 allroad

OP are you out of the states? Otherwise, as dropshadow said, AoA hasn't been offering an A6 based allroad since the C5.
