First Xenon Bulb Change

My passenger side headlight went violet and lost significant light, so I schedule replacement for both bulbs. This is the first time I've replaced the bulb, and to the best of my knowledge this is the first time the bulbs have been changed ever.

Take it in (Audi Dealer/Service), they pop in the new bulbs, I pay approximately $514 for service and parts. Today I go to get some food after dark and something doesn't feel right, brand new bulbs but all I see is the soft white fog lights. So I investigate I also made a video for your viewing pleasure, and to make sure I'm not crazy :D.

As I say in the video:

1) Foglights + Headlights
2) Headlights only (low)
3) Headlights only (High)
4) Foglights + Headlights

I realize now that I should have left the fog lights on switching to the Highs just to show you when I switch the stalk to high, but in any case you'll just have to trust me that I know how to operate the light stalk and did in fact turn highs on :P.

So please rate my lights. I am upset - there is a backstory, not the first time I've taken my car to this Audi Service Department and received it in worse condition, but I'm too lazy/frustrated to elaborate at this time :).

**Also I do not know why this video is on it's side, I tried switching it with VLC, thought I had it upload to dropbox, still broken.

Fixed. They popped out the bulbs, reseated them, and now it works again.
