Maestro Dummy Questions

I really have not a clue about maestro, i was told to log this data for my BT 06 A3. Can anyone explain whats most or any of this data means? I have searched and tried my best to read all the info forms but some of the data just makes no sense to me so i appreciate any help you guys have thanks.

Its all pretty straight forward based on column headings? Maybe easier if you put it into Excel and import the text, and delimit it by tabs :)
