Radio causing car to not start!?

I posted a thread yesterday and no one replied but I'm pretty desperate here. So I tried replacing the stereo in my Audi and when I first got the old one out I tried to start my car so I could move it. The car didn't turn over and all the gauges twitched, I thought maybe it just needed to be plugged into the radio so I plugged in the original radio and got the same results. I unplugged the battery for a day and replaced all the fuses that I think would have the smallest relation. That didn't work and now I have no idea what to do

What is the car doing when you turn the key? Is the engine turning over? Are there any lights on the dashboard lighting up? Any reaction at all when turning the key?

The kar doesn't turn over and the dash lights come on and the gauges twitch when I let off the key trying to start it. I really think there's no way that it's the battery but I'll Give it a jump just in case

Try to give it a jump but also check the battery/starter connections. If the car isn't turning over then the starter isn't being triggered.

Tighten the battery terminals? I pulled my negative terminal while swapping out my factory radio and replacement of my heater core. When I was done I put the negative lead on but didn't tighten it. I had the same thing happen until I tightened down the terminal.
