2 quick things about radio reception and steering wheel mute

So my 2011 B&O is in for service and was going to have them look at my poor FM reception in Seattle area issue, turns out my 2015 B&O loaner does the same static crap on quite a few stations. So it seems it's not an issue with my car but maybe the radios themselves?

Second, in my loaner the mute on the steering wheel works like my 2009 did where it mutes the radio, however on my 2011 it just says Navigation Is Not Active, is there anyway to change that to a mute? I have the green screen enabled so I can do some changes through there if needed (I changed my bluetooth mic gain to higher and it's been great, I dont have to yell at my car when on a call now :) )

I used to live in Seattle and visit frequently. I've always had reception issues in every vehicle I've driven. I think it has a lot to do with digital signals, transmission antenna on Queen Anne Hill, topography and downtown buildings.

Mine says that too, it's because I installed the FBSW w/paddle shifters and the options aren't completely the same I guess. I wish I could change mine so it mutes again!!!

The Nav button on the wheel doesn't work either.

Weird I had zero issues with my 2009 A4 with symphony, FM was just fine, it seems that it's the HD Radio option (even with it disabled) I would think.

Bummer on the mute button, I dont have a changed steeringwheel, I wonder if there is a setting in VCDS for the mute and what function it does. May have to look around in the green screen. If anyone who has it working correctly (muting) could look in their green screen for mute and see what setting it's set to maybe we can change it?

Na, I've asked before and told there isn't a way. I'll figure it out, maybe.
