This is usually do to a bad app or using a Bluetooth low energy device like a fitbit or other fitness tracker while connected to the car. Apple watch can do this too. I have an IPhone 6 plus with RNS-E and I don't have this issue, but sometimes when I have a Bluetooth low energy device paired I do get an occasional disconnect and reconnect.
